Colour: Light straw-green
   
Nose: Citrus-accented aromas are almost into fruit blossom
   
Palate: Elegant, fine, long and intense palate marks this cool-climate wine
   
Style: 100% barrel fermentation in French oak barrels with 20% new French oak then maturation for 12 months
   
Serve with: Shellfish, seafood and white meat
   
Best drinking: Now until 2008
